The current team size is just over 20 people including both technical and commercial experts (designers, developers, engineers, product managers, marketers and business operations). Introducing the Role – Head of Design
As the Head of Design, you will own the entire creative process for our website and app, leading strategy, delivering and product development.

We are looking for someone that can:

  • Be a strategic and hands-on leader who leads by example
  • Design and create Award Winning experiences
  • Create an efficient, positive and collaborative team environment
  • Possess full Design lifecycle experience in building innovative cross platform experiences
  • Lead a successful and creative Design team to expand and grow
  • Work with a team of designers, product owners and engineers to define a product and creative strategy

  • Energy/Telco/Media
  • Start Ups

and has:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt to changing priorities in fast paced environment
  • Outstanding selling abilities and excellent interpersonal & communication skills with executive-level consumers and partners
  • Sustained experience in designing and documenting user experiences for desktop and mobile platforms
  • Experienced in leading teams
  • Undergraduate degree in graphic or interaction design, industrial design, product design, visual design, or equivalent
  • Outstanding portfolio of prior work that demonstrates strong user-centered as well as visual design capabilities across a range of different projects
  • Deep knowledge of visual design theory (e.g., typography, color theory, composition, iconography, etc.) and excellent analog visual communication skills (e.g., sketching)
  • Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks)
  • Entrepreneurial interest and business sense
  • Expert understanding of information architecture, workflows, concept development and interaction design
  • Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into iterative product solutions
  • Ability to develop and innovate new design and UX processes
  • Strong brand ownership and governance experience demonstrating ability to lead and deliver a commercially astute brand positioning
  • Possess a blend of creative and technical capabilities


  • Visualizing front-end prototype concepts to varying levels of fidelity to demonstrate and test ideas
  • Prototyping and wireframe creation tools such as inVision, Sketch, Adobe CC
  • Estimating time and delivery of the project UX components with your team
  • Active involvement in workshops, research and testing sessions with stakeholders
  • Contributing to the further development our design process
  • Conduct user research and provide recommendations both in written and visual (wireframe) for Test concepts, perform task and user analysis, and assist with user acceptance testing
  • Develop prototypes that succinctly illustrate hierarchy and navigation
  • Strategize and drive interactive product development from site map to launch
  • Create compelling online consumer experience that drive business results
