We are looking for an experienced digital project manager to join our team, bringing a client-side perspective from enterprise level organisations to our agency environment. You will help us beautifully deliver our work into our clients organisations in a seamless, efficient and high impact way that delights our customers.

You will work closely with one of our biggest long term clients on an ongoing basis, leading communication and being pro-active in continuously adding value to the client, and improving our internal processes and offerings to better serve the client. You will also manage projects for smaller, values-led clients to help them achieve their goals as well as contributing to our internal projects to help us lead our industry in web sustainability and performance.

You will be expected to deliver the highest quality projects and service to our clients, on time, on spec and on budget, holding yourself, colleagues and the client to account so that everyone is aligned to achieve defined goals. You will be confident in client communication, ensuring that you are always there for them and are able to anticipate their needs and propose solutions ahead of time.

If you have experience working in-house for enterprise level organisations in a digital project management role, or you’re at this level currently agency-side, and are looking to move to a creative environment that aligns with your values to make a positive social and environmental impact, then this role could be just what you are looking for.

Experience that we are looking for:

  • Leading technical and creative teams in a client-side role or demonstrable agency-side experience at this level
  • Management of web design and development projects, delivering digital projects on time, on spec and on budget
  • Solid technical understanding of modern web technology (including WordPress) – no coding required, but you are confident in what the technology can and can’t do, and how to get the best out of it
  • Designing, implementing and enforcing improved standards and processes, driving efficiency in projects
  • Pro-active communication with a wide range of stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Overcoming challenges creatively
  • Working in a fast paced environment and be able to switch quickly between projects and tasks
  • Getting team members and clients on board with change
