Tech/Dev Teaching Assistant – junior role for a Dev with 1 year experience

We are looking for a friendly developer to join our tech academy training team. Ideally our new team member will have had experience going through a coding bootcamp and at least a year in industry since finishing their training.

You need to feel passionate about developing others as day to day you’ll be helping students with their bootcamp training and supporting the team to help prepare the students to start their first jobs in tech. You’ll spend time reviewing code, delivering the odd lab or lesson, giving lots of feedback and working on projects. You’ll have the best of both worlds, working on industry projects through our consulting arm with partners such as Sky Betting and Gaming, Channel 4 and Three, as well as working with the training team and students at our academy campus. Most importantly, you’ll be shaping the careers of others who are eager to learn from you.

The team at Sparta is entrepreneurial and fun. We value trust, accountability and togetherness and our team is highly interdependent. We are looking for others like us, who enjoy working closely in a team.
