Your key responsibilities:

As a member of the Roaming team within Carrier Relations and Roaming, you’ll be part of the overall delivery of wholesale roaming strategy and execute the outbound cost saving initiative by supporting and coordinating activities that stretch across the whole Carrier team.

– Support the Roaming Manager and legal team in negotiating and executing unilateral International Roaming Agreements (AA12, AA13, Discount Addendum, AA19), key IOT discount terms and additional services capabilities aligned with the GSMA standards
– Coordinate agreement reviews by different departments, combine the changes, and synchronise with partners and the legal team for final review to be executed for signature.
– Contacting operators regarding potential roaming partnerships and updating existing agreements if required
– Responsible for maintaining the central filing area for all Roaming related agreements  Work with Legal and Regulatory teams to complete the various Mobile Number Porting and SMS Transit agreements with the mobile operators
– Direct contact with MNOs, MVNOs and Roaming service enablers to establish contact registers and NOC escalation lists
– Coordination of various technical and billing tests with national and global MNOs
– Manage IR21 and RAEXOPDATA document updates and distribute as needed
– Develop Roaming management system to manage all roaming agreements

Your skills:

– Experience working in the telecoms arena preferred but not mandatory
– Experience dealing with cross functional teams
– Ability to set up and maintain central document libraries and tracking registers
– Experience in contract management preferred but not mandatory
– A high attention to detail with an excellent organisation skills
– Excellent interpersonal communications skills;
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Some understanding of Roaming preferred, but not mandatory as training can be provided.
