Our Team
We are proud of our diverse team of 30+ people, 52% female, representing 11 nationalities spread over many time zones, working full-time and part-time.

As a hybrid company, we welcome teams to meet up as much or as little as they need to do their best work. Our home base is in Clerkenwell, Central London, where we host our monthly company-wide team day and share updates and, more importantly, our socials!

Your Role
You will actively shape the platform’s future for both candidates and clients, collaborating around problems and wanting to create actionable solutions.

As a Senior, you’ll have a strong voice in both product and engineering decisions, plus the ability to help mentor less experienced team members as the team grows, lending a hand and an ear to complete tickets and sprints.

Your (Ideal) Skills
Get in touch if you can cover a good chunk of the following:

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, paired with extensive experience with React
  • Deep understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
  • Experience with modern react frameworks (Next.js, Vite, Remix)
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing platforms like SASS/LESS.
  • Familiarity with modern CSS libraries (e.g., Tailwind, styled-components, Emotion).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Experience with Node.js and Express or similar server-side frameworks.
  • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
  • Proficiency with testing frameworks and libraries (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Knowledge of performance optimisation techniques for both client-side and server-side.
  • Experience with tools for performance monitoring and debugging.
  • Proficiency with Git and workflows like GitFlow.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
  • Understanding of containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Our Process
Our interview process is built around us aligning with your needs and wants with our vision for this role.

Our interview stages are as follows:

  • An initial chat with our People Team (to discuss your motivations and the role and answer any questions you might have.) (15-30 minutes)
  • Technical Call (1-2 hours)
  • Discussion with Team Members and CEO (1 hour)
