At Karhoo, we are creating the largest and most transparent marketplace for ground transportation: the Karhoo Mobility Exchange.

By aggregating ground transport around the world, with regulated/licensed taxi and PHV fleets, we will give greater choice to consumers, corporates, travel agents and municipalities alike, whilst delivering mobility data for the private and public sector, and help enable ‘smart cities’ for citizens everywhere.

Karhoo, the first fully-integrated global, neutral, booking platform for regulated Taxis and PHVs, was funded by RCI Bank and Services in Jan. 2017, the financial services provider for the Groupe Renault and Nissan Group brands. RCI Bank and Services operates at the crossroads of three challenging worlds: cars, banking and services and is backing Karhoo via Flit Technologies Ltd.

The Role:

As the lead analyst, you will make up the back-bone of the Corporate Development and Strategy team. You will be responsible for all related quantitative and qualitative analysis regarding: corporate development, corporate finance and strategy projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include taking ownership over financial, operational, fundraising and KPI analysis to make sure Karhoo is on track to deliver its goals. Should M&A opportunities arise, you will help drive the operational and financial due diligence. You will also be involved in crafting and evaluating new projects involving industry leading technological and product partners from across the mobility value chain. You will also be expected to bring your own ideas to the table, evaluate and pursue them from A – Z.


  • Strong fluency with Excel and Powerpoint. Able to build clear and precise financial models to support business hypothesis. Experience in crafting clear and well-structured presentations that paint a compelling story
  • Able to conduct thorough research to arrive at operating assumptions and financial drivers to evaluate new business opportunities
  • Experiences in working within cross functional teams on multi-disciplinary projects involving technology, finance, demand and supply matters
  • Managing different concurrent projects effectively to abide key investor timelines
  • Strong sense of curiosity; able to learn quickly and passionately about an ever changing ground transport and on-demand mobility industry
