As a CtM engineer, you’ll be able to:

  • Experience in Agile, including Lean, XP and Scrum
  • Keen to work within a collaborative and fast-paced agile environment
  • Be in an environment where you’re encouraged to innovate and your ideas are important with at least 1 day a month to work on innovation projects–
  • Enjoy career progression that you own and drive

You will have:

  • Experience with requirements capture in a Big Data environment
  • Analysis of requirements on data products, both real time and batch, from basic reporting to complex machine learning applications
  • Understanding of data driven marketing
  • Communicative, able to engage with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements
  • Focus on agile, iterative development, able to define products via incremental steps
  • Best practice around use-case and specification, able to quickly and clearly drive out ambiguity while not getting bogged down in process
