Here’s what we’d like to see from someone coming into this Senior Developer role:

  • A proven track record of building web applications, you may specialise in C# but you have enough experience you’d be comfortable if you had to write a Javascript function or two and can set up a Gulp file when you need to.
  • A solid understanding of JavaScript, and preferably experience of other languages / frameworks
  • Understanding of MVC as it applies to Javascript applications and experience of at least one JS MV* framework.
  • You’ve probably tried your hand at setting up a node server or two and perhaps like to dabble with non-relational databases
  • Comfortable setting up greenfield projects for a team, including using task runners to automate test and build steps.
  • Someone that’s passionate about what they do, whether that’s from writing a blog, or attending developer events or developing a product.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Aptitude for mentoring/coaching
  • Demonstrable delegation and leadership skills

The Hiring Process:
