Purpose of the role
We need a UI/Front-End developer to help our expanding team generate and implement ideas. We’re looking for a team player who has strong front-end skills with a good design base and is comfortable rolling their sleeves up in a cross functional team. You will work within an agile methodology in two week sprints.


  • Working with UX team prototyping and building new behaviours, interactions and layouts
  • Working within a cross-functional scrum team to add iterative improvements to our range of products
  • Proactive in a build/measure/learn process by assisting in optimisation tasks/split testing
  • Site optimisation tasks / split testing


  • Can demonstrate a strong track record of front-end design experience
  • Willingness to work in an agile iterative process collaborating with development, UX, product and marketing teams
  • Expert understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Expert understanding of the SASS CSS pre-processing platform (or LESS)
  • Expert understanding of responsive techniques and frameworks such as Bootstrap
  • Good understanding of JavaScript
  • Must be able to demonstrate and discuss involvement in live web projects to show your extensive working experience (personal website / GitHub / portfolio preferred)
  • Must be able to work at our Farringdon office


  • Awareness of interaction design and user-centric visual design
  • Willingness to get involved in user research and user testing tasks
